Sensitive Username it is possible to have a username that can be “ensitive” or very sensitive. Sensitive username problems are usually a result of the type of service or website that the user is using. They can either use a password that is too easy to guess or one that is too hard to guess but still easy enough to remember. In the past it was most common for users of Usernames like “nba” to use a password that was hard to guess, but this has changed with today’s more sophisticated tools and techniques.

Why You May Need a Sensitive Username

A “sensitive username” is one that you must protect from being hacked into and accessed by people who don’t have the right to do so. A sensitive username is one that you create yourself, usually through a service such as Twitter or Facebook. If you use a sensitive username on any site where you participate in online forums for example, then your posts will be viewed with caution by members of those websites.

If you don’t want anyone else to be able to access your account, then you will have to set up a password which is too difficult for just anyone to guess. If you use the wrong password, then you are inviting trouble.

Your sensitive username is a secret word or string of characters that you create yourself. There is no central list of words or phrases that can be used to create a sensitive username; it’s something you choose yourself. If you have ever had to change your password on an important website, then you will have experienced the nightmare of trying to input a new one into the system and having to wait for the changes to take effect.

If you use a sensitive username on a website where you need to make a comment or enter a code, then the change will be immediate. You may not notice at first, but the moment the changes take effect, you will see a message at the bottom of your screen, reminding you that you need to log in with a different password.

Changing Your Passwords to Remove Holes in Security

Changing your sensitive username is not as simple as typing it in a field and hitting the “save” button on your web browser. It can be a long process which involves entering the number one at different locations on your system before you can actually get to the password change option. You can also be unable to get to it because your computer has gone haywire and you are unable to proceed!

If you find that you have had to change your password, then you know that you will have to either hand the system back over to your employees or have them write it down for you. This can be embarrassing if you are in a professional position such as a webmaster.

What’s worse, other people may see that you cannot remember your password and use that to access your account. Is there a better way? Thankfully, there is. Use a USB flash drive to store your login details instead of your sensitive username.

A USB flash drive is small and easy to carry around in your pocket. If you are an engineer or computer technician, you will be able to use this device to log into your system just as easily as you would your password. This is convenient because you will not have to type your username into the box over again.

You can simply plug the USB flash drive into your computer after you logon and use the same password you have always used. The USB flash drive will be like your password vault, offering a completely safe alternative to using your sensitive username and password.

If you have used your sensitive username and password wisely up to this point, then chances are that you have found it very difficult to remember your password. Fortunately, we have a solution for you. By storing a copy of your log on a secure storage device, you can easily change the password whenever you wish. Just plug in your USB drive and remember your password!
